1. Cook your pasta until Al dente and then rinse with cold water; this will prevent it from sticking; 2. Chop your cucumber, red onion, half tomatoes, slice salami, peppers, peperoncini and basil; 3. To make the dressing whisk all ingredients together; 4. Add everything to a salad bowl pour dressing over, mix well and enjoy!
