1. Preheat oven at 400 F; 2. Over medium heat melt butter and sauté garlic until fragrant; add wine and cook half way down; season with salt and pepper and lemon zest; turn heat on and add cream; 3. Pour the sauce over your clean seafood and make sure it’s well coated; bake for about 12 minutes as you baste once; 4. In the meantime crush your crackers and mix with melted butter and Parmigiano Reggiano; 5. Top seafood with the crackers mixture and broil at 450 F for a few minutes until golden and enjoy with some charred lemon!
