1. To a mixer add milk, sugar, yeast, vanilla and zest and beat until fluffy; then sift your flour and add the dough attachment and start kneading for about 10 mins as you slowly incorporate the butter and oil; 2. Add to a floured surface and stretch the dough, shape it into a ball and add to a greased bowl, cover and let it rest in slightly warmed up oven for about 3 hours or until more than doubled in size; 3. Split the dough into 3 equal parts and roll it, add Nutella and roll it into a stick; repeat for each one and then braid them as you pinch each side of the braid; 4. Add to a greased pan, brush egg wash, sprinkle coarse sugar and add almonds; let it proof again for another one hour in a slightly warmed up oven; 5. Bake at 350 F for about 50 mins as you cover with aluminum foil once the top starts browning; 6. Let it cool if you can wait or dig in immediately 😋
