1: Preheat oven at 400F. 2: Pat dry chicken breast and season with olive oil, paprika, salt and pepper. 3: Add 1 tbsp of olive oil to a skillet and sear chicken on both sides until golden; set aside. 4: Add more olive oil and sauté your onions; season with salt, pepper, smoked paprika and cook until softened. 5: Add butter, garlic, thyme, rosemary and bay leaf, stir to combine; pour wine and cook it half way down. 6: Add bone broth and bring the chicken back into the pan. 7: Finish cooking in the oven for another 20-25 minutes or until internal temperature is at 165 F. 8: Garnish with Parmigiano Reggiano, chili flakes, chives and enjoy!
