1: Preheat air fryer to 390°F. 2: Drain, rinse and par dry chickpeas; add them to parchment paper and season with olive oil, salt, cumin, garlic powder, and black pepper; air fry for about 20-25 minutes and let them cool. 3: To make the dressing, add all dressing ingredients together and mix well until creamy. 4: In a salad bowl, add spinach and crunchy chickpeas on top, pour dressing over, mix and enjoy!
