1: Wash and slice asparagus and snow peas diagonally and sauté in olive oil over medium high heat, season with salt and pepper and set aside. 2: Pat dry shrimp and season with Cajun seasoning, olive oil, salt, pepper and sauté shrimp for about 3 minutes; set it aside. 3: Chop a shallot and sauté in the same pan until softened, deglaze pan with white wine and add Orzo, chicken stock, lemon juice and zest; adjust salt and pepper, cover and cook until al dente. 4: Finish with heavy whipping cream and Parmigiano Reggiano, mix in veggies, shrimp and devour!
