1: To make the tzatziki, mix yogurt with chopped cucumbers, dill, garlic, salt, and drizzle with olive oil; store in the fridge. 2: To make the lamb mixture, mix ground lamb with green onions, parsley, rosemary, garlic, salt, and pepper; shape into 4 balls. 3: Place the balls on a flat top or skillet; add pita and press firmly with a saucepan until the meat comes to the edges of the pita. 4: Cook for about 4-5 minutes, flip over and cook for a couple more minutes; optionally tilt the pita and remove some fat. 5: Once pitas are cooked, add some tzatziki, sliced tomatoes, red onions, and green onions, then devour!
