1: Beat butter until fluffy; add the sugars, egg, vanilla, salt and beat again. 2: Sieve the flour and baking soda, mix and incorporate the chocolate chips, reserving some for the top. 3: Scoop cookie dough with a large scoop and place on a baking sheet; top off with more chips. 4: Refrigerate for at least 15-30 mins. 5: Bake in the middle rack for about 16-19 mins. 6: Finish with flaky sea salt and enjoy!
