1: Rinse, pat dry, clean and butterfly shrimp; season with Cajun seasoning and paprika. 2: Sear shrimp in olive oil over medium high heat for 2-3 minutes and set it aside. 3: Add more olive oil to the pan and sauté your chopped shallot and peppers for a few; add in garlic and seasonings, heavy whipping cream and lemon zest. 4: Once pasta has cooked until al dente, transfer it into the bubbling sauce; season with parsley and add pasta water. 5: Bring shrimp into the pan; finish with lemon juice, Parmigiano Reggiano, more chili flakes and enjoy!
