1: Warm up milk and add yeast and sugar to it, stir and let it sit for a few minutes. 2: Add egg and beat it quickly. 3: Pour the mixture into the bowl of a hand stand mixer and add half of the flour, start kneading. 4: Add the rest of the flour and knead for about 10 minutes, then pour in melted butter and knead until absorbed. 5: Pour dough onto a floured surface and shape it into a ball. 6: Place it in a greased bowl, cover, and let it proof in a preheated oven at around 125 F for an hour. 7: Prepare the filling by mixing butter, brown sugar, and cinnamon. 8: Once dough has risen, roll it into an 18x12 inch rectangle. 9: Spread the butter and sprinkle the filling over the dough, then roll it up. 10: Cut into 11 rolls using a thread. 11: Place on a baking sheet, pour warm heavy whipping cream on each roll, and bake at 375 F for about 15 minutes. 12: Make the cream cheese frosting by beating cream cheese with butter, sugar, and vanilla. 13: Once rolls have slightly cooled, spread the frosting on top and enjoy!
