1: Preheat oven to 350 F. 2: Crush cookies and mix with melted butter, press to form the crust and bake for 5 minutes. 3: Beat cream cheese with sugar and vanilla until creamy; add in cream and lastly the egg; don’t over beat egg to prevent cheesecake from cracking. 4: Mix 1/3 of the batter with strawberry jam and the rest with matcha powder. 5: Pour matcha part first, followed by the strawberry part; do it slowly to create layers. 6: Bake in a water bath for about 30-35 minutes; let cool at room temperature and then transfer to the fridge for at least an hour or overnight. 7: Dust matcha powder before serving, garnish with strawberries and enjoy!
