Nourishing Tuna Salad

This salad is super healthy and high in protein and it makes a perfect meal, also no cooking is required! Fun fact: Wild Planet Tuna contains 23% more protein than conventional brands because the cans don’t contain any water, fillers or broth! Just pure tuna, and a little sea salt!

Wash and thinly slice Romaine lettuce, red onions; spiralize cucumber and add in to a salad bowl along with beans and Kalamata olives and Tuna steak chunks
To make the dressing add olive oil, lemon juice and zest, mayonnaise, chopped green onion, sat and pepper and shake
Pour over and enjoy a healthy, feel good meal!
