The Best Pizza Dough

I literally have this dough in a zipper bag in my fridge at m all times. Besides making delicious homemade pizza, you can use it to make bread rolls and our favorite “mekici” - aka Bulgarian fried dough.
Add water, salt, yeast, oil, flour and honey to your mixer bowl with the hook attachment; alternative you may knead by hand
Knead for about 5-7 mins until the dough starts separating from sides of the bowl
Pour dough over a floured surface, fold the edges of the dough for a few minutes to stretch the gluten and shape it into a ball
Add dough to a greased zipper bag and refrigerate overnight
Pull out of the fridge at least 30 mins before using or microwave for 15-20 mins to soften it up
Roll your pizza dough, add your favorite sauce, cheeses, toppings and enjoy 😊
